Implementation and reviews of software applications/systems on supporting both the academic and administrative operations, further to the University operations needs.


Develop and maintain the software applications within the intranet for staff, student, and alumni.


Assists departmental users on transforming the daily manual routines/operations to computerized system.


Provide training to end user on newly developed software applications.



Monitor and fine-tuning on the performance of web server and database servers.

Identify emerging technologies to meet the University's changing needs.


Work with corresponding departments on UTAR homepage maintenance.
